Wave or curve profiled spring washers are designed to help prevent loosening of bolted joints under vibration. Like other spring type washers, the design is intended to hold the parts of the joint in tension. This particular design is intended for light duty applications.
A2-70 stainless steel, also known as 304 or 18/8 grade has great weather resistance and longevity. It can be used in all outdoor conditions apart from where consistent exposure to either salt water or sewerage is expected.
