These flanged Pozi pan head self-tapping screws are manufactured from A2-70 stainless steel, also commonly referred to as 304 or 18/8 stainless steel. They are a practical choice for fastening applications where good corrosion resistance, durability and a neat finished appearance are required.
The integrated flange beneath the pan head provides a larger bearing surface than a standard pan head screw, helping to spread the clamping load over the material. The Pozi cross-recess provides a positive drive using a suitable Pozi screwdriver or bit.
